Well at least they have TP. When you start talking about testifying in court things get real. This is going to be difficult for Duke and the NCAA to deflect. Especially in a time with no sports. I suspect this is going to get a lot of media attention. And of course this just confirms what we’ve all known for a while now.

Duke completed an intensive 10 minute investigation into this matter and found nothing. Everyone can move along now.

Someone else brought it up - this will go to settlement which the terms will include sealing the documents. At the end, the NCAA won’t have access to them and frankly they hope they will not have said access
This is what I’m thinking. I still think there’s too much smoke around Zion. I think duke is about to be exposed and the whole world is gonna finally realize that they are who we’ve thought they were all along. By we, I mean Kentucky fans and non duke fans.
