Frankly I think this is one of the cases where Cal can say, please, come back, but be secretly happy Skal can learn in the D-League.

Here's what one NBA executive said.

"Dickie V. is right," the executive said. "[Labissiere] will not help any NBA team next year no matter where he gets drafted. I believe Skal's people have already decided for him that he is coming out no matter what type of year he has."

In that case, Labissiere could find himself on an NBA D-League roster at this stage next season

He should go. its his best shot..he won't get much pt next year.

That said. We all know how shady Hamilton is. I hate it for Skal but it is what it is. If they are wanting him to go then I hope he goes because I would hate for Hamilton to start talking to agents and crap and start trouble I would rather cut ties and move on.

Im with Wall2rando, lets cut ties. I do not trust Hamilton at all. He is skals guardian,so he acts on behalf of skal. I said this before we took him. Now a pissed and broke Hamilton scares the hell out of me.

Maybe his family needs whatever payday they can get even if it means D league. Haiti is just dirt poor. I agree he needs to stay and grow, but if my family was starving or homeless and I could take them away from that, with my choices being now or a year from now, I am choosing now.
