Winning your conference tournament should mean something

Two thoughts:

1. I don't think teams who win their conference tourney should have to win a play-in game. These play-in games should be all bubble teams.

2. If Wisconsin, Arizona, and Villanova all win their tournaments then they all deserve 1-seeds over Duke and UVA.
