College basketball has changed. One and done doesn’t work, and the days of getting elite talent to stay a few years are done.

Calipari either doesn’t know or doesn’t care about how much he has damaged UK basketball.

With NILand the transfer portal, we are in uncharted territory for a coaching and culture change.

Cal has got to go. That’s not even up for debate. The question is how do we navigate these waters, stay relevant with recruits, and maintain or more accurately, regain the tradition and love for playing for the name on the front of the jersey?

Or have we become Indiana?

Not until CCC is gone. He has Kentucky on the fast track to becoming Indiana. I'm afraid after squandering this much talent and depth this year, going forward the NIT may realistically be the ceiling for UK. Kentucky Basketball does not miss the postseason altogether, follow it up with a first round exit, another first weekend exit and another 1st Round Exit. Unreal.
