Who are the "six or seven" from the class of 2017 that Cal was referring to?

Coach Cal said one of the positives about solidifying the bulk of the '16 class was that he can now go out and "touch up" with the class of 2017. He mentioned that UK is in good with 6 or 7 guys. Who do you think he was talking about? My best guess:

Every year fans complain we can't get a SF but 2017 is a class where UK is in great shape. Vanderbilt is on Fox's AAU team. John Petty in Alabama has been talking up UK for months. Kris Wilkes has been to Lexington a couple of times. And even though a lot of folk have Trae Young and his AAU teammate Porter going to Duke, I don't think you can completely count out UK grabbing both (yet).

Just from the general buzz, it seems UK is really strong with Young, Wilkes, Richards, Vanderbilt, and Petty.

I talked to some people from Petty's AAU team when they were in Lexington this summer. They were parents of another player and I'm not sure how accurate their information was, but they said we were Petty's favorite at that time.

Ayton ,Petty , Wilkes and Young will be Cats IMO . beyond that I have followed it enough to know some of these guys from adam. Think we will sign 2 center , 2 Sg , 1 pg , 1 pf , 1-2 sf next year as IMO we will lose . Gabriel , Bam , Humphries , Monk , Fox , Willis , Mulder ,Hawkins after next season . I know that is a ways away but that seems reasonable . That is a ton of guys to lose but I do think we have a chance to win 2 titles in a row before a sorta down year ( for our standards) .

I don't think Humphries can go. I thought he is 17 and next year won't meet age requirements

Ayton is going to a "fake" high school in Arizona right now. By "fake" I mean the students attend another high school and Hillcrest has an organized basketball team under a different name. But it turns out the hillcrest players haven't been going to class like at all and the arizona department of education and NCAA is investigating and might shut the basketball program down. I'm starting to have serious concerns about Ayton's eligibility which sucks because he is the best center prospect since Oden and is really high on UK.

Ayton not getting to play college basketball would be awful for everyone involved. That kid is a beast and is so fun to watch. I'm not sure where we stand with this kid, but with Cal on our side, i like our chances as good as anyones with this kid.
