UT at it again !

Apparently your arrogance allows you to freely ignore logic …really it’s more your hate but you know what I mean
Calm down, you won. You now join the ranks of UNC, Kansas, U6, Arizona and a limited handful of schools and cheat to your heart's content knowing you'll never get caught. You must be so proud.

Yeah…it’s not cheating sport.

The ncaa passed rules after the fact then tried to enforce them.

your hate has blinded you that nil could be the thing that evens Kentucky with the top teams in football. It could even the playing field on recruiting in a state without a huge hs base of athletes
Dp you really believe that? Let Rutgers or Syracuse or WVU or TX Tech for instance fly a hot shot stud cross country, pay him $8M to sign with their school and see where they end up. NCAA buries them, they'd face massive fines not to mention spectacular reduction in scholarships. Cheetas are allowed to slide since they were/are the NCAA's #1 snitch. So your bunch searched around, found a whacko judge who was likely cut from his middle school team as a kid and get your favorable ruling. You won, that's what you wanted....right?

Rules against illegal inducements/payments have been on the books for decades, generations. TN has ignored those rules for so long you probably didn't know it.

They made that rule AFTER Spyre did it. After.

You can’t enforce rules on Spyre after the fact. Clear overreach to non haters

The ncaa has done a terrible job with nil because they wouldn’t accept it was real.

Meantime they made up rules about decoration of a prospect hotel room 😂

How stupid the ncaa thought that was important

After

I’m assuming you believe in basketball recruiting unc, Kansas, and Duke did this….but no other teams.

Sigh, once again rules against illegal payments/inducements for recruits to sign with schools have been on the NCAA books for decades.

Do agree, NCAA has been lost re NIL.

The hotel room decoration thingy is bizarre. TN's past "decorating" of recruit's hotel rooms with Magnolia Ave Hos was a bit much.

No doubt AD White, Chumlee, Tony the Pony baseball coach, Barnes et al are meeting as we speak investigating how to dibby up NIL skrilla.

You can’t help yourself….make up stuff as if the truth

The ncaa has no one to blame but themselves on not making clear concise rules on nil. They were scared of it and didn’t want to lose control

They tried to enforce rules that weren’t on the books with nil

It's really hard to believe a fanbase can be as dumb as the vols who come here. It was clear that NIL wasn't to be used to lure a kid to attend a particular school. But I understand their position, the only way a kid would want to live in that cesspool of a town and play in an erector set stadium is to be over paid. And on top of that wear that disgusting orange.

Didn't think anybody could be that dumb, guess I was wrong. On the other hand, the Cheetas have ignored recruiting rules from Day One anyway.

"We broke no rules." Once AGAIN, giving inducements to lure players to your school has been against NCAA rules since the NCAA became an organization. And flying a guy cross country on a private jet and giving him $8M to attend your school is an illegal inducement. I'm just amazed you don't understand that. You can deny it until the cows come home and you'd still be wrong. The player, unless he returns the $$, should be ruled ineligible at Cheetta's Academy.

Sorry dude…Spyre did this before there was a rule against it. Hate on

Plus…he was signed by Spyre with same deal no matter which school he chose

Btw …I noticed you didn’t comment on the bb question…Kansas unc and Duke cheat in basketball but not other schools….amirite?😂

For the umpteenth, and final, time....it's been against NCAA rules to buy players for decades, nay generations. That is until the Cheetas did it now. Deny all you want, it's still cheating.

What's basketball?

They are so dumb they thing all those other rules were no longer valid. But at the end of the day, he cheers for a team who wears the ugliest normal uniforms, the ugly gray things they have as an alternative and their black and orange Halloween uniforms. Then they play in a stadium that should be condemned and brag about seating 100k+ but should only hold 75k or so normal adults.
