Stoops rolls with one QB. Pretty much always. Sheron got his shot and failed against USC, Wade's getting his now.I know there is debate on here whether Sheron would be any better, but weren’t the coaches adamant that all the QBs would play?

I like him and hope he stays. But dayum, he is getting owned today. Playmakers need to make plays. No excuses. The glaring coaching mistake today is on whoever thought you could base a game plan on Barion Brown.
Coen is in charge of the offense and they don't usually put up with it in the NFL. Surely they've been calling for his head all year given McVay's success. He doesn't even call the plays. McVey does.
This is the best Iowa defense I've watched in my 40 years of being old enough to know what's going on.
Yeah, for all of the talk about Brown not being ready for this level I think people are forgetting how good Iowa's secondary is.All the talk here about UKs WR room and your guys have shut them down completely. No separation. No easy catches except for the stuff behind the line. QB isn't helping them, but the secondary is putting on a zone clinic.
Kentucky v IU in the rain at Commonwealth in November, cold, nasty. Final……3-0.Only one game in my life has been more unwatchable than this.
I just don’t know what the offense is supposed to do. It has nothing to do with effort or pride or anything else. We are a team that struggled on offense when we had all of our players, it ain’t gonna be better with the most important players not playing.I wasn’t talking about the defense.
Probably not. Maybe 1 less pick 6. I just don't see the coaches putting Levis in harms way and would play everything safe. It's more of the morale thing I'm worried about. Maybe the team comes out fired up to have their best players out there with them.Would today’s game be different if Levis and CRod played?
I feel very good about the defense, they are playing hard and making things very difficult for Iowa.
Plus, he cut behind the DB giving Wade nowhere to throw the ball. He's got to improve his route running. There's more to it than being fast.Brown's routes are AWFUL !!
He looks back and SLOWS DOWN !!!!!!

I was at that game, one of the many low points of the Curry era.Kentucky v IU in the rain at Commonwealth in November, cold, nasty. Final……3-0.
I respectfully disagree. They have been in position and did their job. Other than missed tackles on the TD drive they have been solidIowa is terrible on offense. They get in their own way plenty enough. Don't mistake their inept offense for defensive quality.
Yes. But we WON !!!!!Kentucky v IU in the rain at Commonwealth in November, cold, nasty. Final……3-0.
No complaints on the defense at all. This game has been completely lost by the offense.I respectfully disagree. They have been in position and did their job. Other than missed tackles on the TD drive they have been solid

You seem unstable. This big goober playing QB has the mobility of a tree stump.
We just gonna ride his big, slow ass all game tho.
Would love to see another QB give it a shot, but that’s not Stoops style. Saban changed QBs at halftime of the NC game and won, but Stoops would have been way too stubborn to do that
I have also been perplexed the last 2/3 of the season when we decided that brown would essentially be THE downfield threat. I know he has speed, but he’s light and doesn’t make physical catches and that’s been true all season. To me he’s relegated to throw short and make a play from there while Key is a guy you can at least throw it up down field and have a prayer that he can make a catch with someone draped on him. He made that downfield catch against uf and I’m not sure we went with that again the remainder of the year.Yeah, for all of the talk about Brown not being ready for this level I think people are forgetting how good Iowa's secondary is.
And how bad our QB is.
Stoops is not now nor ever will be a Saban.Would love to see another QB give it a shot, but that’s not Stoops style. Saban changed QBs at halftime of the NC game and won, but Stoops would have been way too stubborn to do that
