It’s possible he came back with no intention of playing, but to essentially start on a coaching career while on scholarship. Happens all the time. Sawyer Smith came here with no intention to play but was pressed into duty.

This is the most checked out on a season I've been in maybe 20 years or more. Probably since about halfway through. The coach and team have been as well.
I am shocked at how they manhandled our SEC team. They whipped us every way you can be whupped. Is our team a bunch of weaklings, the staff and players look like whipped dogs, this is pathetic.
Maclin with a long TD, maybe we should have thrown a few more to him instead of Brown…
So we now have Maclin with 2 TD’s in the 2nd half like why couldn’t we do this in the first half….
