There are several players that have NIL deals. Mitch only stopped them from having a collective to offer seals to recruits. Levis has a 6 figure deal. Last year wandale had a 6 figure deal. Pascal had a few including the Porsche deal. Idk what CRod had but nothing preventing him from having a NIl deal
