Is against the court. So stop its the way it is. The ncaa didnt want to collectively bargain bc they were taking 100% profits. Now the tables have turned. Unless the ncaaa disassembles they will never bring the players to the table bc why would they come after ncaa shit on them for so long?

Its not ideal but it is what it is so stop saying “cap nil” “stop unlimited transfers” it literally is done in court. Players have power they wont give it up. Why would 18-24 yr old players give up their checks? Especially when some wont see nba checks

Only way this regulates itself is boosters stop cutting checks which will happen and the market correct itself in about 10 years

With NIL, the schools shouldn't have to be the mediator per say with deals. It's the players name, image and likeness so the player should negotiate with whomever he is doing business with. That's the way it should be but for some reason the schools are controlling the amount given to players and it shouldn't be that way.
Obviously, something is going to have to be done because the current form is nothing but a complete shitstorm.
I mean paying 2 million for a player is good business for the player but they still get to come to that school on a scholarship and at some point that scholarship should mean something.

What needs to happen is for a separate league to open up for these mercenaries to audition for the NBA in, let college sports be about "student" athletes.

The college mediates it bc it helps the program. Nothing will happen unless players and ncaa collectively come to the table which wont happen after ncaa exploited them for so many years. This is the way it will be unless ncaa merges with another body. Im just telling you

And I'm just telling you that changes will come sooner or later. It's inevitable.

The only answer is later when boosters stop cutting huge checks. Market will correct itself. Thats how free markets work
It will correct itself, that much is a certainty. It is what it is currently but change will come.
