I usually like the lefties. He was my first “favorite Wildcat,” and still one of my favorites ever. That ‘75 team transformed me from a fan into a fanatic.
Is this a legit statement? Could he do the job? I'm asking 100%, if this sounds facetiousKevin needs to be our AD
Kevin was my favorite player on a team full of favorites. A lefty with a deft jump shot. Money!!!
When and where was this?Really wish he’d open his steakhouse back up but I guess that ship has sailed
When and where was this?
That sounds awesome I would have loved to eat thereHe had a steakhouse in Falls Church, Virginia for almost 30 years. Lots of Kentucky memorabilia there and of course Washington Bullets stuff. He often worked the front of the house on game days.
I cried after that one. I was 9. Cool to share that experience with someone who can relate.Man what can I say, that 75 bunch was special and Grevey almost single handily beat UCLA by himself(35 points I think)..Wish they could have got that win.only time I ever cried after a loss lol,of course I was 13....Thanks for sharing Smash!
Cliff Hagan had one in Lex, also. Right? He had a steakhouse in Falls Church, Virginia for almost 30 years. Lots of Kentucky memorabilia there and of course Washington Bullets stuff. He often worked the front of the house on game days.

I agree. Wooden knew UK had better team and only way to ensure the Win was to make the announcement it was his last game.i thought wooden anouncing retirement before the game was cheap. yes
It was a big UK hangout, of course. But it became a huge Buffalo Bills hangout on football Sundays. That sounds awesome I would have loved to eat there
I knew a guy that played in that game, Bob Nix Owen County.I went to the Rupp Issel Pratt basketball and Grevey was one of the counselors.
He was an absolute top notch guy. The absolute best.
Also there was Dan Gephardt, another super nice guy. He was involved the infamous OSU-Minn fight. Got to talk to him about that. There I was, a 12 year old kid, straight out of the tobacco patch, living in a trailer, and getting inside scoop on a national story. Sky high, I tell ya!
