Tai Wynyard Suspended

That's not weird. Tai forgot his axe at home so he asked his friend to accompany him with his .22 so he would feel safe.

I'd like to ask Wynyard some tough questions. Like how does your first name have three letters and two vowels, while your last name has seven letters and one vowel.

So how do you recruit a player in that way? Hey we'd like to have you mainly for practice to help out higher ranked recruits get better and maybe in your 3rd or 4th year you may get a few minutes here or there. I'm being sarcastic, but it is a hard sell in this day and age imo.

I understand. Just thought there were better options out there. I mean, apparently the staff never saw him play live and still offered him?

The other thread wasn’t good enough? You had to start a new thread to properly troll? Oh I see you posted a link from the Courier Urinal...nuff said

Is being suspended when you are already hurt and wouldn't be playing even if you weren't hurt sort of like Double Secret Probation?

Why is Tai Wynyard not playing?

a) Suspended.
b) Injured.
c) Not good enough.
d) All of the above.

Going around frat houses with an armed guard. Was he chopping wood or laying wood? May have layed wood to a few that may or may not have been single.

Let the speculation begin...... lol

Not sure if posted already
but report on Yahoo said he was using an armed body guard to attend parties with in Lexington?
Is this credible ?

Someone is taking an opportunity to appear in control both to the team and fans. It's the same showing off charade that went on with a football qb not all that long ago prior to our bowl game.

It's an action that will resonate with some gullible fans but not make a darned bit of difference with the team. A Nancy Pelosi move. Lots of hot air and no substance.

Perfect opportunity to send him packing. Kid has no discernible talent and now he's causing issues off the court as well. Should be a no-brainer.

"Wynyard said he's mostly a physical inside player, but he believes he'll develop into hybrid power forward/small forward at UK as he continues to work on his shooting, ball-handling and other perimeter skills. Calipari told him he thinks his development pattern could follow that of 6-9 UK freshman Trey Lyles, who was almost exclusively a center in high school but now plays primarily small forward.

American recruiting interest in Wynyard picked up after he participated in the Jordan Brand International all-star game in New York last spring.

Karmyn Wynyard said Kentucky basketball is "a lot bigger than we realized."

Wynyard comes from a world-class athletic family, although hardly in a traditional American sport. His father, Jason Wynyard, is one of the world's greatest professional wood-choppers. Tai laughed in recalling that during his visit to the UK game, fans shouted at him calling him "The Lumberjack"

Tai Wynyard said he's participated in the sport throughout his life before deciding to focus on basketball.

"You don't want to chop your toes off," he said with a laugh.
