Do you think he will talk some of these guys into coming back like Wagner to cover his butt next year?

He might get reed,dj and adou back but we are losing Rob and Reeves and the new class doesn't look like much.
I don’t think he is coming back. I could be wrong, but I just can’t see him being our coach anymore. It’s beyond repair.
I listened to his show tonight and Goose Givens was a guest and spoke about teams like Houston having an older point guard with experience. He asked Cal if he would go after a seasoned point guard in the portal and Cal said he may have one or two of his point guards back. He then said something interesting, he said if they want to come back lets go, the first game is 8 months from now. Of course tomorrow he may get canned and should get canned. But I thought him implying that if Sheppard wants to come back he'd say lets go was a departure from how he's handled other possible lottery picks.

The majority will accept whatever they are given that’s what’s happened to this program. Cal has set us back big time. UNCheat and UCOnn will catch us in titles before we win another of Barney allows the slug to continue on

I guess it could happen but I expect Klutch to find NBA spots for Wagner and Edward the way they did last year for Livingston.
He could talk the best returnable players back, add his second-rated recruiting class, and raise millions in dollars for NIL attractions for 2025 and beyond, but...
