Cal, please just ask this kid to keep his promise to play for a year, and go slice a million off your salary to give to Sharpe.
Cal "donates" a large portion of his salary to a local business, who then signs Sharpe to the largest NIL deal in the country.

Trying really hard to not get my hopes up. IF we get Sharpe and Oscar to come back, Cal has a chance at redemption next year.
I mean he's an athletic freak of course he will destroy the workouts. Hopefully front offices remain skeptical to a degree.
I still doubt he returns but enrolling in summer and fall classes certainly isn’t the act of someone who doesn’t care or already is on the way out or just playing games with the fans like so many on here continue to claim.
Looks like the Number 5 pick makes about 5.5 Mil, Cal can just cut his salary and half and buy several mil in Sharpe Merch!
Practice Pilgrim was the greatest basketball player to ever play the game. Jordan's legacy is lucky he never played in a real game at UK.

I bought some Oscar merch this week after he posted it. Just doing my part.
I may be wrong, but doesn't class registration end soon? I think he's just filling out his schedule to "cover all angles" in the event he does return. No harm in doing so, doesn't cost a dime to schedule classes.
I almost want Sharpe to come back more to see people on this board eat crow than I do for actual basketball reasons.
This is true, but I think the point is: why bother doing it at all and mapping out a schedule if you are 1,000% leaving and the decision is already made?
The answer would be (IMO): You wouldn't. So there must be at least somewhat of a glimmer of a thought he might be staying.
Tucker said the other day that his camp is still insisting to Cal and the other coaches that he is coming back.

Imagine if Sharpe comes back, Oscar is at the four and somehow God smiles and Timme comes to play the 5.

I mean that is great and all but 0% chance he returns IMO. I am surprised none of our resident conspiracy theorists have not theorized that Cal/Sharpe's handles had him do this to come back later on and say "See, he was torn" when he really was 100% gone.

Two highly respected, connected posters have both heard that Sharpe is going to play for UK next season. TIFWIW. Made me feel better about the situation. I’m still skeptical, however.
