Unless it is something that just came up, the family obligation thing just doesn't sit well with me. You know the tournament dates, unless he told them ahead of time "IF we make it to Philly, I will not be available", then that is BS. Same for Doron Lamb, Teague, and the other player that slips my mind. YOU knew your obligations BEFORE you committed to playing. If your leagues team prohibited you from playing, you should have checked FIRST before committing. Sestina has been a solid player, but he only had the ONE truly great night, other nights, he scored, but didn't shoot it great. His size is what will really be missed, this team is guard heavy, now WCS will really have to step up (not the player you really want to HAVE to show up), Kanter will need to play like he did the first two games. Also, Bledsoe needs to play a complete game, not disappear for spans. Young had the one solid game where he hit a couple 3's, he will have to be more consistent.
Kanter, Bledsoe, WCS and the twins all 5 have to have good games, not OK ones. Depth without Sestina will take a big hit, especially with his size. Grady and then Young (played very little), is the only bench depth the team has. The starting 5 are going to have to play a ton of minutes, Grady just hasn't shown he can play meaningful minutes, same for Young. LaFamilia Might need to play a slower pace, not something that really suits Bledsoe's game.
To the one poster who suggested adding Miller or Willis, I do not think you can add players to the roster after the tournament starts. If they was not listed on the original roster, you can't add them. Brendan Canada, it may be your time to shine, LOL. OSU alums are good, they go about 8 deep, so it will be tough. The also have a ton of size upfront.
