Ulis needs to be player coach and run a 4 guard lineup.

Unfortunately I think his hip problems (impingement surgery/car wreck) ended his days as an effective player.

I'm not sure what he makes playing in Spain, but as someone said, this really is for fun. The players will get at most $70K each, and while that is plenty of money, it doesn't move the needle with quite a few of these guys. I have no idea what the family obligation is, but I do believe family is very important and if he feels like it is more important than the game, it is. As fans it sucks, but these guys owe the fans nothing at this point.

Average salary for the team he plays on is 1.06 million. He played limited minutes but I’d be surprised if his contract isn’t at least 600k.

so at that rate, he can potentially miss out on 70k to deal with a family function that was planned. Plus, if they win tonight, he is still on the team and will split the winnings and be back for the finals.

Yea couldn’t score. Definitely seem to be getting sloppier each game. Will have to have Bledsoe and someone else step up in 2nd half to ignite the offense or this is probably the end of the road.
