I really think that one of the reasons we are struggling so far is the constant subbing and changing of the lineups. I think Cal needs to stick to one lineup so people know when they are coming into the game etc. I don't think changing the starting lineup every week helps things. People don't know their roles on this team. If you watch other teams, they seem to know their roles and have accepted them. We have 9 guys who think they are starters.
