Hell, I was watching in Memphis and I thought I could smell it. If you watched Miss after Miss it sure made my stomach upset.
Cool. My mistake. What threw me was the post I was responding to said "@ Arkansas" which I took to mean them game down there.
Looking pretty clear to me, decision has been made (gone), just not announced.

UK has 0 3 point shooters next season. I don't want to hear about Reed. Idc about hs, I'm talking proven college 3 point shooters.
Well, he'd have to graduate in order to transfer. I doubt it means one thing or another at this point. We will find out soon.
Forget 3 point shooting….we don’t have any experienced college players on the roster. 2012 UK had Darius Miller and 2015 Duke had Quinn Cooke. 9 freshmen and 2 sophomores is a disaster.

We heard they were deciding things on Monday and now it's Thursdau. Pretty obvious calipari failed again and Reeves is gone.

Saw a tweet and IG post that he is now enrolled in summer classes at Illinois St. , not sure the validity of that, but that’s not a good sign if true
In the KT article this morning I got the vibe that UK is attractive to these 3 additional young guys because they don’t have the older depth guys on the roster therefore giving these kids a chance. Fans will not be happy with that of course and maybe rightfully so, but I think there might be a reason Joey Hart is such a lean.
Probably reading too much into the article and the comments by people close to the players. But if we get into next week and there’s still no Reeves announcement and he’s not with the team…it becomes pretty obvious.
It's probably for the best.
The freshmen are going to stick together and IMO, DJ will emerge as team leader.
Ugo and Adou will fall in with the frosh leaving Reeves as odd man out.
If Reeves wanted this to be his team, he should have went about things differently.

The word is out on Cow. No transfers want to play for him. Our program is being held hostage by Cow and has been for several years now. He needs to be gone!!
Imagine thinking an Illinois State transfer would carry this team to a national championship. He would’ve been cooked in practice by these five star freshmen. He’s a good shooter and that’s it, he doesn’t have NBA talent like these freshmen. I think Kentucky will take their chances without him

The problem is we don't have any shooters now. Teams are gonna Wheeler all our players. We have maybe shep that can shoot and the 3rd string won't play Hart guy if he commits.
A lot of unknowns unfortunately. One year closer to cal leaving though so bring it.
The longer this goes with him, the more I say cut him loose. He's had plenty of time to know what he wants to do, but because the tail wags the dog at this program, the suspense continues.
The entire team - minus Thiero and Ugo - have transferred out or stayed in the NBA draft (only Cason is guaranteed to get drafted). Calipari has been unable to convince 1 player from the portal to play in Lexington. Now, to fill out the roster, we are looking to secure 3* FR and high school Juniors? Surely, you see this as a problem?
That is the mistake. 8 FR and 2 rarely played SO is not the path to a national championship. That is the sign of laziness and ineptitude.
He has known all along that his last choice was returning to Kentucky - it is clear by his actions. The fact that the coaching staff didn't see it until Monday, is laughable and sad at the same time.
We should have offered Dingle. Now we have no shooting. Gonna be like 2000 when UK shot sub 30 percent from three. Also factor in the two bigs down low and scoring is going to be a huge challenge. I already hate next season and it hasn't even started yet.

Hopefully he chooses to move on. I think him coming back would cause chemistry issues. Let Reed be the 3rd guard behind DJ and Rob. Reed’s all-around game and poise as a player, plus being a shooter makes him better by March 2024 than A. Reeves (DJ and Rob already better). Shit, He might be better by conference play if allowed to grow this summer and during the preseason slate.
As per the SF position, Justin Edwards is a swiss-army knife lottery pick, so he’d be battling for 3rd guard and back-up SF minutes with grown man Adou.
Maybe I’m overeating our players, but A. Reeves is not a needle mover at the biggest moments. The guy went 1-15 when it mattered (yes I know 37 vs Ark). We have three potential first rounders in those spots now. With a McDonald’s All-American as back-up. Let them rock, I wish Antonio luck wherever he ends up, but hopefully for both parties he decides to move on.

Dude’s defense hurt the team. And on nights where he couldn’t hit shots - and there were plenty of them - he was a huge net negative.
Let Dilly, Shepherd, and Thiero eat those minutes and I don’t think he’ll be missed.
