j/k....kinda. Didn't see a thread on the MLB trade deadline. Any one else keeping up with all the moves today? Reds just shipped Drury to San Diego for Victor Acosta and Mahle an hour ago to Minnesota. Still waiting on the other foot to drop with potential Kyle Farmer and Donovan Solano trades.
August was so fun last year because we were in the thick of it. Any Padres fans on here? If so I envy you....what it must feel like to look at your roster today. JFC.....that's a filthy filthy roster.
Reds are at least finally sticking to a plan. I can get behind this. Even if we shouldn't have to experience these growing pains (they should have gotten it right the first and second times) just means this August and September are gonna be some rough ball games to watch. I'll stick with them through thick or thin.
