They had some sort of night time marathon event over the weekend. That doesn't happen if the city is a burning pile of rubble like so many of you are pretending it is. There are isolated issues and sporadic violence, but it's not even close to the level that would justify federalizing the National Guard. The vast majority of the city is completely fine.
