It is hard to keep up Trump sometimes, lol. But several tariffs are implemented.
You state the issue well. Not being able to keep up, even needing to take & time effort to keep up or be blindsided, is a big issue for people at the moment. What should someone wanting to buy a car in three months plan for? How should I plan for buying grandchild a car early next year?

Dumb
As
Hell
Your scary lefties don’t want the market to go down because they have 401ks to.
The magays making excuses for every dumb decision depression Donnie makes are the brain washed dummies.
There is plenty of objective crisiticism for how the tariffs were calculated, how they’re rolled out, and how they’re being “negotiated”
But you’re cheerleading for idiots instead of asking questions about what the goals are.
Because right now he’s says on thing and negotiates for something else , which is why the business world and the global equities are running from the US markets.
oh, so now you commie lefties are capitalists? Isn't capitalism great? It seduces people that HATE it to participate. You're a tool, a programmed tool.

And we know what the goals are ... before i'll respond again, your assignment is to come up with an original thought, not a boring left corporate uniparty media talking point. And make an intelligent argument. Bye.

People need to do what is best for them. My opinion is that we likely experience more volatility this week as countries decide how to handle the tariffs and then things will smooth out.

As to purchasing a car on credit, what is happening now should be helpful as interest rates will be dropping. Unless you are buying a Benz or BMW.

That foul call on Flagg was atrocious.

But bringing it to this thread, I feel the exact same way about the call as I do about the lefties.

Duke spent years as the beneficiary of biased, bullshit officiating. Now it’s their turn to get ****ed, even if that means they end up in an el Salvadoran prison.
He had his right arm on the UH player. It wasn't much, but I understand what the ref called, Flagg was holding him down enough. I notice they didn't call the hook CF made right before his last shot attempt.

But either way ... dook can learn t deal with it.

Wise words department. Tariffs aren’t conservative, they are an expansion of taxation used to manage the economy. They represent a massive influx of government influence into our everyday life, the kind of things conservative are against, but Trumpkins are not. These are liberal policies. You are a Republican and not a conservative. If I am a RINO you are a CINO (Conservative In Name Only)
Trump with another master stroke in 4D chess ... he now has liberals arguing FOR free markets AND capitalism! HAHAHAHAHA. You guys are getting owned so fing bad...

The problem with this strategy is its long term and Americans have the attention span of about 10 seconds.

I know i keep saying it, but they really need these tax breaks NOW. Driving up some prices is only palatable if you can offset that by letting workers keep more of their money. Otherwise it just looks exactly like inflation and the truly independent voter will wonder why they ever risk being socially ostracized if it wasnt going to make a difference.
BRAVO !!

Asmon is killing it right now. That guy is dropping red pills by the bottle due to his viewer base. He's a true centrist who focuses mainly on the gaming community, but politics has crept in due to his chats. Now he spends most of his time explaining basic civics and econ to the hoards of dipshit leftist millennials in his chat. A very common-sense approach to selling common sense to those ready to listen.
Like it or not, Bernie is saying the same thing to draw big crowds today. Sure he adds lib fixations, but it's the same economic message.

Because they aren't in the repair shop over & over? Ever look at reliability reports?
I've followed JDPower/Car&Driver/Consumer Reports best/worst auto lists since HS in the 80s.

Having that knowledge always makes me wonder about the people driving certain cars, like Range Rovers, Jags and Mercedes, all of which are perennial staples of the bottom end of that spectrum as related to overall quality and value, per their owners, no less.

People tell you who they really are all the time. Listen to them, but more importantly, believe them.

Saw during one of the games last night a Ford commercial about their employee pricing for everyone.
A VERY pro-America ad.
95% of their vehicle sales are trucks or SUVs. So not much help to someone looking for a small cheap high mpg car.

One of the biggest mistakes they made with TCJA was adjusting the withholding tables. Everyone was keeping more of their own money throughout the year, and in turn had less of their own money refunded by the government. People feels checks in April a hell of a lot more than money throughout the year and by and large aren’t sophisticated to understand why refunds aren’t good (from a pure tax standpoint).

Repair shops should be happy with tariffs.

They're wealthy as hell, probably have 4-5 cars or more, and care about showing off their wealth more than anything. If one goes in shop, who cares. My best guess.

Gov. would make this big refund choice a lot more reasonable by paying say 3% interest on the excess withholding.

The used guitar market is saturated to the point of failure due to all the new purchases/returns from covid. Tariffs might actually have a strong, immediate affect there.

So, like, do my Mexican Fenders suddenly have new intrinsic value? B/c you just KNOW that all those Player II (Mex) Strats hanging in GC that were inventoried last summer are going to get the same price hike as the brand-new, freshly imported ones... Geese and ganders and what not.

Of course you cannot win a debate, all you can do is call people names and post stupid memes. It is embarrassing. You cannot say what Dem policies you support but you trash everything on the other side. Lots of immaturity in your comments.
Other than TDS latent ramblings, I really don't think the dims have a plan. The only thing they continue to harp on is the same thing that lost them the election. Mindless misgivings on fake or made-up social problems.

Iirc the msm started that uproar with the literal lie that trump didn't actually cut taxes since people had a smaller tax return.

The goals are obvious, you retard, and have been explained a hundred times. Read the thread instead of littering it with your bluesky left wing drivel.

Or just listen to one of the many long form interviews members of the administration have done explaining the strategy.

Like I said with your memes, you guys are so ignorant you can’t even mock correctly.
lol if it’s so obvious then why are different officials telling different messages this morning?
Lutnick is freezing up and moving the goal posts live right now on face the nation.
Couldn’t answer the question are tariffs to stay in place or are they up to negotiation.

They can’t even get their messaging straight Billy boy.

They don't. AOC and Mamala being considered the new face of their entire party is testament to that. They have no champion, they don't even have a stated goal b/c their ideology is completely split amongst their constituency. 70-y/o vets standing arm-in-arm with purple-haired trans protestors is crazy work, even for the clinically insane and woefully ignorant.

They have no accomplishment to point to outside of the victories they make for the 1% of the population that doesn't know which bathroom to use and is hell bent on destroying women's sports. No policy, no promises, no action other than screaming and protests. But, they will always have their political footballs like abortion and muh racisms to use as carrots to lead their mules. They'll never solve either of those issues, either, b/c they need the bait to entice small minds.

They are a cult, standing around waiting for it to stop raining, too headstrong to walk inside.

OK, but it's not like Pubs are going great guns. Look at all the people who stayed home in WI & FL. W/o Trump on the ballot, they got next to nothing too. People want prices down NOW.

This is a perfect example revealing the total lack of knowledge the Left has and proves they are simply repeating talking points.

First, tariffs are one of the most effective negotiating tools a nation has. Tariffs have been used as leverage since the time they were invented. How do you not know this?

Secondly, we have seen how Trump works for years. He always starts off very hard to establish dominant leverage and negotiates from a position of strength.

Imagine being like you and not wanting to negotiate with trade partners who desire to make better deals for the US and their country?

The more comments you make the less credibility you have.
