I'm all for deporting illegal immigrants who have committed crimes, but the question in these cases is whether they have some due process rights.

Fine but to deport they have to go through removal proceedings in immigration court which provides due process rights. That is the law.

The Boasberg case involves a different scenario where the government is claiming that the Alien Enemies Act provides the right to immediate deportation without going through removal proceedings. Boasberg and the DC Circuit Court of Appeals said no. The Supreme Court will ultimately decide.
