He can keep on wanting, because Trump is under no obligation to obey/listen to him/them. Just keep cranking out and enforcing those Executive orders. Congress/SCOTUS are the only Constitutional arbiters of them.

I have no idea how this silly notion that lower court Federal judges can supersede the Executive branch got started, but it is not based in fact.

This will be fought tooth and nail by pharma and TV alike. I am not sure I agree due to the $$$$ that is generated in advertising. I understand the premise but we're talking big money here.

Taking money out of the mockingbird media's mouth... Will the networks be able to stay afloat without USAID and big harma? How will the rogue agencies spread their propaganda without all that money?

We're talking billions if not trillions in profits endangered by this for both networks and pharma. Will the med schools actually have to start teaching medicine instead of throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks?

Clayton Jr. palms the ball every time he touches it. On the five-point swing there, he palmed it and the steal dunk was a travel.

I hate UConn so IDGAF.

There is a lot to consider w/ this....job losses, financial impact on drug prices, etc. This is definitely not a black and white issue, imo.

Did COVID not teach you anything? This is big money that needs to go away. This big money has resulted in insane levels of propaganda and shaping public policy and mandates, as well as censorship and suppression of the truth. I for one will not miss having to sit through ED drug commercials or depression/anxiety drugs and listen to all of there many possible side effects. And I don't want media telling me what I should be putting into my bodies while there's a Brought to you by Pfizer logo displayed up in the corner of the tv screen.

Not worried about the job losses. Lobbyists need to go by the wayside as it is. Hopefully drug prices will come down as a result of them not having to cover the billions of advertising costs. I don't give a shit about their sales numbers dropping. Shouldn't we celebrate less medication being consumed? Wouldn't that mean we are getting healthier? Wouldn't that mean doctors are prescribing medications more beneficial to the patient instead of the ones they get kickbacks for prescribing?

The docs will get back to the pharm rep coming to the office to explain the program and kickbacks for meeting quotas. More junkets from Devlin-MacGregor for pimping Provasic.

That was the script for 1993s The Fugitive before pharma got the FDA to lower advertising barriers in 1997. It was a much more efficient use of capital to get the end user to beg their doc for the meds than to bribe the docs.

Well, they outlawed the kickbacks and dinners if I recall correctly. Maybe I'm wrong about that, but I remember some friends that were pharma reps saying that door was being closed to all except equipment or supply reps... Anyone here know for sure?

Young people who think the Civil War was fought between the East and West; who think we fought SPAIN for our independence; who think there's only SEVEN Senators, etc, etc, etc. Yeah, in my mind it's an indictment on our Dept. of Ed. and why it has no useful purpose.
I get your frustration with videos like those.... I also feel you may have some other valid complaints of the DOE, but as I mentioned, they have really nothing to do with what you saw in that video. Standards, curriculum, etc. all fall to the state. You can be frustrated with the states, local districts, school boards, admin, teachers, kids and parents, but your frustration to the DOE on this topic is pretty misguided.

Once again, we had retards standing on the corner of Man o' War protesting Trump and Musk. There was like 15-20 people with signs wanting people to honk. What did you accomplish? Haha

I saw one in Louisville. Literally looking like a dumb@$$ with his poster board draped over his body, dancing around. Hope the paycheck was worth it.
