The judges ruling wouldn't just allow trans people to join the military. It would make the military take anyone that wants to join. Mentally ill, medically unfit, too old, too young.... you have to take anyone. The rulings are so insane that they have to walk them back later but it shows they were never looking at the law to begin with.

AOC is a complete light weight. Leadership in the House barely tolerate her and the Squad. One could make the argument that the Squad was a big factor in Harris' loss. At least, their policy positions were soundly rejected. She might be able to unseat Schumer, but win a nationwide ballot? They'll be opening a skating rink in Hell before that happens.
