It's not just that they didn't come through with anything new in 'Phase 1'...the embarrassing part is how they hyped it up. And they knew they weren't going to release anything new, why go on TV and do interviews the night before? Come up with a reason to delay it, blame the NY field office....better yet, just don't promise any release until you have something.

Going deep enough into the rabbit hole I found the original survey.
The people surveyed were not patients. The surgeons were surveyed and asked if their patients were happy with the gender surgery.
It was no surprise to me that 99% of the doctors responded that their patients were happy with the surgery.
