"Astroturfing" as in refusing to mention or acknowledge the govt shelling the region for 7+ years? Yeah. I agree that's astroturfing alright. So is ignoring that NATO agreed with Russia not to expand eastward yet has done it anyway. So is ignoring the Azov Battalions role in all of this. So is ignoring the threat of UN chemical and biological weapons facilities in Ukraine. As would ignoring that Ukraine is the most corrupt govt in that part of the world according to the mainstream media.

Thanks for bringing up the astroturfing by the media, rinos, and the left. I should have included that, but it was a LOT of GROUND TO COVER

And so it begins...

"26 confidential human sources here on January 6th. 17, in restricted space, 4 in the Capitol, which they were not authorized to be in. 2 of the 4 who went in the Capitol, were actually asked to be here by the FBI."

"I want to know how much they were paid. How long they've been working for the FBI, how they get in the Capitol.
Did they go through a broken window, go through a door? All kinds of questions we have. We want answers to those and a host of other things."

Russia response to America’s call where we asked them to chill on targeting energy infrastructure was responded with a spike in missile and drone strikes targeting those targets.

You don’t negotiate with Russia by appeasing them, they only back down to strength. If Donnie was a strong as he likes to act he would be threatening to expand unrestricted military support if Russia didn’t come to the table in good faith.

So far they’ve came to the table and said no nato, no land given back, no reparations, no to everything. And the talking heads response has been to try and Astro turf giving into Russias demands.

Negotiating 101 is to negotiate from an appearance of strength and our messaging has been soft as charmin.
Vance, Trump, and hegs have all been saying what we can’t do with Russia, and not saying what we will do with Russia if they don’t stop.
So you're for starting a major war which will kill more Ukrainian people and our soldiers? That's really dumb.

You mean to tell me that the ones who have the upper hand in this war, a war they view as existential in the face of NATO expansion, are refusing to concede anything?

And you think changing the tone of negotiations will change that?

What exactly do you think “we will do with Russia if they don’t stop”?

I’m not ignoring any of that (exceot for the chemical bs)
Ukraine is a country trying to escape from the dredges of the remains of the ussr and the influence of russia.
Ukraine has made large steps in flushing out and reducing corruption, and deserves credit for doing as such.
Poland, Estonia and the other former Russian blocs all had the similar battle with corruption and establishing democracy.
It’s wild to think that these former Russian countries actively persued nato membership because they knew what would happen if they didn’t.
See Belarus, Georgia, and ukriane.
Russia did not honor their agreements so I don’t feel bad about accepting those countries into nato.
NATO creates a more stable Europe, you notice nato has never made any territorial incursions into Russia.
Meanwhile Russia has done so unto its surrounds countries again and agains

So you're for starting a major war which will kill more Ukrainian people and our soldiers? That's really dumb.
Trumps a wild card, he could threaten it and Putin would be more likely to take it serious than if Biden would have.
I’m for providing Ukraine with the tools to win the war and not just state-mate, provide them with all the equipment we’re decommissioning. Provide them with intel.

A lot of people have done that. And that’s why it’s being reported.

I’m sorry my friend, but we can’t just tune out the truth.
Doge will find more savings, but the initial posting was a crap show and casts doubt on their capabilities and honesty.
How many savings have you found in the federal government?

You enforce sanctions ontheir ghost fleet of oil carriers for one.

Fake

A see we got a flaming leftist here. Always comes in as a “moderate” ends up defending leftist talking point.

DOGE is finding billions in waste, fraud and abuse. The very thing “farmy” loves

Flamer
How are your stocks and 401K doing under Trump??
Trump's America. But DOGE......

Both bankruptcies under Rump.

How are those sanctions going, 3 years in?

How many people need to die while we wait on sanctions to work their magic?
Well their stock market has collapsed, mortgages rates have skyrockets, currency ratios are effed, so the cracks are getting really big. Now’s the time to keep the pressure up.

Yeah, real shame we couldn't vote in federal elections during the Revolutionary war.
Steve Brule GIF by MOODMAN
There was a federal government. All unelected.

John McCain wasn’t no bitch and wouldn’t be acquiescing to a Russia that is close to being on the ropes.
Stop kissing Russian ass who’s dream is for a dysfunctional America that no longer is active on the world stage.

John McCain was a total bitch. He is a traitor and sung like a canary. He also was great friends with Muslim terrorists.

He is now burning in Hell.

We already have given them weapons and hundreds of billions of dollars. What did it accomplish?

The vast majority of the people there prior to 2014 would've preferred to be a part of a RUssia, or were at best indifferent. They were not Ukrainian nationalists like in the western part.

Defending democracy is denying them the right of self-determination.

So you're for starting a major war which will kill more Ukrainian people and our soldiers? That's really dumb.

It's always been the case that Russia would never allow NATO to take SE Ukraine and Crimea, where they have their primary naval base, and that the only way we were expelling Russia out of Ukraine was through NATO troops. The "idea" was maybe we'd get lucky and Putin would get deposed by oligarchs, sending the country into turmoil and possible collapse, all while massive profits were being made by the MIC as non-NATO troops were doing all the dying.

It was all win/win for everyone involved except the Ukrainian soldier, sent to die not for his country, but to pad the pockets of their oligarchs prostituting themselves to Western geopolitical interests.

Where in the hell do you get your crazy viewpoints? None of that is grounded in an ounce of reality.
I'm seriously curious where you find this garbage on the internet.
What website is reporting that McCain is a terrorist supporter?
What legislation did he sponsor to show that?
What quote do you have where he says something to back that up?
It sounds whacky.

I'm wondering when "the view" will get dropped, or a couple panelists get dumped... 🤔

We weren't a sovereign nation then dumbass. Hence the "revolutionary" word.

That is a fair point.
As of July 1776, we stated we were sovereign. That the Brits didn't accept that for another 5 years doesn't change that. Plus France recognized us in 1778.

"I know they were treated very badly by Sleepy Joe Biden, but the Trump Administration is very different — Easy approvals, almost immediate start! If not them, perhaps another Pipeline Company. We want the Keystone XL Pipeline built!"

The company is TC Energy. They proceeded under Trump, but were halted under Biden."

No need for it if he's going to put a 25-50% tariff on that oil such that Canada sends it elsewhere.

I don't think they are fudging the numbers, I think it is all the first numbers coming in before they can delve further into it. One of your posts saying it is not billions, but millions was also incorrect, and you can look that up too. It is still billions, but they have reeled it back to a few billion so far instead of the 55 billion that was first reported. The numbers will continue to change as they go further into it.

Some people who were let go/fired have been rehired once they realize that some should not have been on the hit list. I believe they are using some sort of matrix to identify problems which uses a broad range and then, they correct those who were unintentionally or undeservingly caught up in the mix.
Personnel salaries ex-military are 7% of the budget or around $0.5T. Get rid of every last one and the deficit goes from $2T to $1.5T.

Two of the top 10 regions of Ukraine by population, including THE MOST populated region by far, declared their independence from UKRAINE in 2014 after the revolution that overthrew the previous govt (allegedly orchestrated by US NGOs and others but definitely funded through USAID). Russia recognized their independence, but Ukraine ignored the democratic choice of 6.6M people.
He lock stock & barrel believes this was democratic action by the locals but claims Ukraine can never have a democratic election. Good grief. Would be humorous if not so sad. They're brainwashed.

You are being disingenuous focusing on only a couple of areas. It is a common liberal tactic when showing positive numbers. Point being the numbers are still positive so...

"DOGE claims $55 billion in savings over the first month — but its own ‘wall of receipts’ shows just $7.2 billion"

That is what they have released in receipts so far that have been verified. The larger numbers are probably early findings that need to be verified.
If they're not verified, they should just say $7B, shouldn't they?

None of this would have happened had Ukraine kept their nukes.

We already have given them weapons and hundreds of billions of dollars. What did it accomplish?
Stabilized a country attempting to be subverted by our 1A or 1B (however you want to rank china) foreign adversary.
Devastated Russia military’s stockpiles of machinery and career military personnel. United Europe and gave them time to get their ish together on their defense and production capabilities. Got Sweden and Finland into NATO to further strengthen that alliance.
Demonstrated American equipment superiority leading to global increase in purchase of western military equipment.
Tested out developing defense technology against a peer opponent, troubleshooting it prior to American soldiers needs.
We had reasserted our selves as the “global” policeman leading to better economic deals abroad in Africa and south east Asia as they saw us a strong partner (of course now that’s shot since we’re running away from all that to make room for ….. to step in)
We protects 100’s of thousands of Ukrainian citizens from bombarbdment.
Se we’ve gotten a freaking lot, all while reinvesting in our production capabilities.

I get the distinct feeling you’re just here to argue or try and play contrarian. Seems like we’ve had a few other users in the past who enjoyed doing the same thing.

As for Trump, anyone with an ounce of common sense knows he’s quite prone to hyperbole, so when he said he’d end the war in a few weeks or whatever it was, I think most knew it wouldn't be done in a few weeks. But he does seem closer to ending it than our last President got in four years. Though based on the comments I’ve read from you tonight, you’d just say that Trump simply appeased Russia (or did what Putin wanted him to) if the war ended tomorrow.

Thats exactly it. I would say another sock account, but this is probably the original since its a paid account. The other endless iterations were the socks.

Its always a dead giveaway especially when they play the "im legitimately curious" card. The hilarious part is - they think theyre so much smarter than us, that their lame story fools us.

All that for millions of deaths, with Russia getting exactly what they wanted in the beginning.
The moment Russia entered the Ukraine the outcome was inevitable, unless the US deployed troops which Biden stated beforehand wouldn’t happen.
The Biden puppet admin fuc*ed up, they wanted Russia to invade.

weird that countering viewpoints seem to unsettle some,
It def a lot of corners of the inter webs my echo chamber doesn’t touch in here. Seen some good stuff posted, seen some insane stuff posted, wild times what people want to believe. That’s for sure
