They could save a sht ton of money eliminating geo-engineering and weather manipulation/cloud seeding. That in itself would eliminate millions of sick days for American workers, cut down on flooding disasters and expenditures, and bring egg prices down since it would eliminate "bird flu."

As little faith as I have in our government, I can’t believe we’ve had people guarding an empty fort for decades. That would be the most wild story ever.
More realistically, the US government has been paying to protect a fort full of gold, but they sold off the rights to that gold years ago.
So I’d bet there’s gold in Fort Knox the taxpayers have been paying to protect, but others are going to claim it’s theirs.
But possession is the whole point when it comes to gold, so maybe we do just have an empty fort.
My employer at the time never actually shut down. They just reduced staff for six weeks And brought everyone back in mid May. The owner got like a $5M PPP loan and came back with a Ferrari that summer.
The craziest thing about the PPP isn’t that people defrauded the program, it’s that things that would normally sound like blatant fraud were perfectly legal under the PPP.
Just massive waste in response to the massive fraud that was Covid.

That PPP business was just another stimulus check. I know people who got well over 20K for absolutely nothing. They used it to build a garage and pay off vehicles.

I think they already know though. I think the fed has it all tied up in notes and loans and this is their way of working towards auditing the fed.
Can they pull it off? They are legitimately in dangerous territory.
Doesn't say they are getting checks but I would bet some are. Incompetence or maleficence? It should be easy to find out using logs to see who entered the info.
By the time of covid, I had decided to shut down. Covid just made the final decision for me in a quicker manner. I only kept enough customers to keep the wife and I in work. The bank told me they would help with a PPP loan and I got several letters offering help, but I didn't want the gov to have yet another reason to walk in my door, so I said no.
