The Kremlin said they aren't open to a land swap but that's only because they have made some gains in taking back some of their territory. If Ukraine can bleed them bad enough they might agree to a swap.

No. It's not a piss poor reason because it could end her life. Death is on the list of side effects given to the committee before the c19 treatment was approved. It's a piss poor reason to exclude her from getting a possible heart transplant.
But, there's a method behind the madness of transplants. A friend of mine's wife works in the transplant industry. The only way the transplant works is if the person getting the transplant is given massive amounts of immunosuppressive drugs to prevent tissue rejection.
IF, and that's a big IF, injections actually are safe and actually do prevent infection, then they are according to protocol for transplants the only immune defense afterward. Unfortunately, all we have is correlation because the safety testing and true efficacy studies weren't done, so we don't know if they do anything to boost immunity.
