Give the money to parents as a voucher to use at the school of their choice. Base the amount given for each kid on parents income tax return.

Yep. Or whichever gives me the most per month the fastest to pay towards higher interest debt. Every situation is different, but the principles are always the same. You NEVER look at the total, but focus on what's achievable. Same as if you're climbing a mountain. Just focus on what is next, gain ground, then readjust your sights.
