That's fair. The speed at which influenza mutates makes most vaccines for it useless. Besides, influenza is only really dangerous to the very young, very old, and immunocompromised populations. Rotate tylenol/advil and rest will take care of flu and covid. But some of these diseases have a lot sharper teeth. These vaccines have been out of decades and we have seen the power of vaccine (see smallpox). There's no need to take our foot off the gas when polio, measles, mumps, etc. are still out there and still forever affecting people.
