That's fair. The speed at which influenza mutates makes most vaccines for it useless. Besides, influenza is only really dangerous to the very young, very old, and immunocompromised populations. Part of me believes that it wouldn't have mattered how many ATC's were working or how qualified they were and that the Blackhawk was destined to hit that plane regardless.
