"Accusations" are just that, and no one should be kicked off a team unless they aren't just accusations. I hope that's just a mistyped word. We've had several here accused of things that we found out were false accusations, and one whose reputation and likely college career was ruined by a flase accusation.

I'm just explaining that Notre Dame has always (or as long as I've been alove) operated with higher expectations of a student athlete and character. Im not saying the kids are perfect or that the football program has NEVER made some concessions to keep a star player.. but its nice to see some programs still trying to do things the right way. Unlike Duke who just pretends to do things the right way.
I don't see their recruiting changing. If anything, making it the the CFP just boosted their recruiting while also neeting them over $20mil. For a program that many of us fans thought was kind of dying a slow death, this will give them a bit of a boost. Plus its an enormous and wealthy fanbase, and I've often speculated that it's going to be programs like Notre Dame and Duke basketball (barf) that could really clean up NIL. Why? Global fanbases with a ton of rich alumni.
Yea, other schools never take those actions. Show me a side-by-side comparison of player actions & school actions for ND that are markedly different & you may have something.

The post office has not delivered mail since last Saturday to my house and I live in a subdivision with clear streets. Maybe the USPS can be a focus of DOGE committee. 2 days a week would be plenty to have mail delivered say on Tuesday and Friday.
