He was a member of Congress. He chose to run for that position and subject himself to public scrutiny. You argue against transparency only when it's convenient.
Something needs to be done to stop this injustice. McCormick surely has a legit legal beef to take to the AG. And since this is a federal election can his beef be taken to the SCOTU?
