OT Paul v Iron Mike

No desire to see a fight between a wannabe and a has been. I have no idea really who this Paul dude is or how he came to be but he would've got his clock cleaned by Tyson back in the day. Tyson in his prime has to be the most feared fighter of all time. He was brutal with his punches.

This. I think a lot of people have forgotten just how bad Tyson looked near the end of his career. He was basically forced into retirement out of embarrassment after he got his ass kicked in back to back fights by a couple nobody tin cans named Danny Williams and Kevin McBride. He looked totally washed up in his last few fights ...and that was when he was still in his 30s.

So if he looked that bad back then I don't know why anyone would think we're gonna see the ole "Iron Mike" again a couple decades later when he's nearly a friggin 60 year old man.
He's more complicated than that. He's always been a head case. He hadn't lost his ability, he lost his drive. He even said he was just there for the paycheck. That may happen again tonight but the effort he's put into training makes me think he actually wants this fight. We'll see.

Ever heard of selling the fight ? If he is on camera all fat and bloated, not many people are going to watch. PROMOTING, it is huge in the fight game. As much so as the fight.
Of course but the level he's worked wasn't necessary to sell the fight. I despise those brothers so it makes me want to see Tyson give what he has in the fight. Out of shape and super slow Foreman was nearly 47 when he KO'd Michael Moorer.

Netflix can't handle this. The production has been awful even down to the audio people not having enough working mics.
Yep… Netflix is struggling big time with the volume of viewers trying to stream it. They’re gonna have massive negative backlash from viewers if they can’t deliver on the massively promoted fight.
