General Patton said the M1 was the weapon that won the ETO. Nice find there.In celebration of President Trump winning th election, I decided to use my 2nd Amendment right and buy something I've been wanting for a long time.
Drove 12 hours roundtrip to Alabama and back to get this from the CMP Store in Anniston, Alabama. It has a Springfield Armory serial number dating back to 1942. So I'm really pumped to get an actual piece of history that could have been used in one of the great battles in history. I've always been interested in WW2 and we used the M1 in our Air Force ROTC Drill Team back in high school.
It isn't an original stock, but I'm fine with that. Most of the originals had been replaced at one time or another or had a little to much character (dents, dings, cracks, etc.). They didn't have any original US bayonets, but they had some Turkish ones that were made to go on the M1's that we provided them from the Lend/Lease Act.

If they really love their family members, and want to stay together, they will follow them back to whatever country they are being deported to.
This is the one thing I like about the Democrats. They keep everyone in line with the agenda. The Republicans always fight amongst themselves and never get things done like they should. The people have got to vote out the Rinos.

Media creaming themselves over kneeling for the anthem., BLM on NBA courts and NFL helmets are cheered. Kaepernick turned into a national hero with sponsorship deals. But MAGA hat is too much.

60 or 70 years ago, 75% of the lamps and shades in the USA came from far western Ky. That started to change in the eighties when China started sending their stuff over. Mike Braun supported Rick Scott when he challenged McConnell after the 2022 midterms. Todd Young supported McConnell. Braun is Governor-elect and will support Scott again. Think I’ll reach out to Senator Young again and implore him to support Rick Scott.
