As I've mentioned before, when I stream I'll get either Ohio or PA commercials. Both Brown (OH) and Casey (PA)..both Dem/libs...have commercials where they are and have been TOUGH on the border. Commercials pound that they voted for the 'toughest border bill'....blah, blah, blah.

Another set of commercials they both have is that they 'fought' and 'passed' a bill for $35 insulin. Correct me if I'm wrong...but wasn't that a Trump idea/deal when he was Prez?

But both Brown and Casey are running like they are conservative Republicans. Should be easy pickins' but, at least on streaming platforms, there are 10 Brown/Casey commercials for 1 Moreno/McCormick.

I wish people paid attention to and cared that our government is poisoning us through our food supply with the chemicals they allow in our foods. You'd have to be a fool to think the government gave a crap if you got a cold.

Diabetes, cancer, and obesity are through the roof compared to the 1950s/60s. Hell, look at autism in the 1950s compared to today. You'll never convince me that isn't a correlation to something our government is doing.

But in terms of obesity, in the 1950s, it was 10% or below. In the 70s, it jumped up to 15%. Nearly half of Americans are obese now. That cannot be solely blamed on a lifestyle of working with computers.

The Roman Empire was a thing 100 years after it fell. And long beyond, depending on the area. It only officially ended when Mehmed II finally cracked Constantinople. And for reference as to time period, that was done with cannons. Armchair historians love throw out their versions of Rome, which often have no relation to reality.

A week or so ago, Trump made some strange tangent about having so much electricity that we'd be sick of it. Something like that. Today, the domino falls: the Trumps are moving into bitcoin. So, in Trump's mind, consuming enormous amounts of electricity equals producing enormous amounts of electricity.

I'd like to recommend simply flossing. I got 32 teeth and it takes a little over a minute to floss. Around 30 years ago, my dentist told me, "Simply floss the teeth you want to keep.:"

Since every one of my siblings and ancestors and collaterals sported false ones and I've got all of mine, my own little bit of research into flossing says, "Go for it."

Did you know that the part of illegals staying in the country to wait for asylum instead of outside of the country would be very hard to undo if that bill had passed??? Keep telling people on here that bill should not have been passed because it was not at all what was best for the country or citizens. Better to wait and get the most important things at least in a new bill that will be best for us in a few months. Why would we lock in having to keep millions of illegals in this country when the majority should be going? And what is the problem making them wait in Mexico?
