It will depend on whether or not she (I say "she", but nobody believes that Kamala will making decisions) as an opposition party in Congress. Granted, the Republicans, historically have put up about as much resistance as wet noodle, but at least it's something. If she gets the House and Senate... First stop will be "fixing" SCOTUS, then clearing out Trump "Federal" judges, to grease the skids, and after that, it's all hands on deck. This isn't hyperbole, they will absolutely do it. All the things they said Trump would do, they actually will do.

I want to be clear though, I think those no knock warrants are bad news. I could see, in certain circumstances where it might have to be that way, but it's probably rare. In any case, like I said, I though most people agreed the boyfriend was the culpable party.

No knock warrants are BS, it's a rare use with most departments (like a known high value damgerous target is inside) but lmpd was using using them like they put out parking tickets
A no knock should never be used unless it's a high profile federal case involving cartel, whatever type targets.
