Or has had a stroke like Woodrow Wilson. A letter from Biden is all it would take to defeat a 25th amendment proceeding. The president isn't removed by invoking it. When he's up and around and capable of signing a letter saying so, he's back. Like the old guy in Monty Python and Holy Grail who felt much better now.
