Deduct the millions and millions of Dem/lib votes in California, New York, Illinois, Washington, Oregon, Massachusetts....and that 1% lead disappears quickly. To the point that Trump wins the EC.
I understand this and see it as a valid argument to the fact that Trump is in fact actually in the lead if the vote happens today without any illegals voting.
That said, I’ve also seen several big time celebrities such as Eddie Griffin and Katt Williams making videos about Kamala and her chameleon style and they don’t really support her.
Now they don’t speak for all black people but if they are normally left and they are saying it, then you know 1000s of others do too.
Just a counter point to the idea of Trumps failed logic.
We’ve both been pretty quiet about our respective favorite teams in this forum this season. I’ll admit St. Louis has the better team and the Reds front Office and coaching staff continues to kill it. But St.Louis has improved this year (Blech) just threw up a little in my mouth typing that. I guess more important things have taken precedence per the discussions in this forum this year. Wish we could just have a beer and watch a game together sometime.

Orwell absolutely hated Stalin and the Soviets. Wrote of it more than once. Distrusted the communists he worked with in Spain. He may have called himself a democratic socialist, but he had to see that Marxism was a failed ideology.

Remember when I first started at UK all the engineering students walking around with them hanging on their belts. Next year (or so)....all gone and replaced with huge 'pocket calculators'. Early calculators....had a friend who flunked an exam because his calculator screwed up every equation.

Tom Cotton said today that he is pretty confident when Harris is forced to answer questions in public things will swing back to Trump. Two things bother me with this. If they are kind of sitting and waiting for that it is obvious she is trying to run the clock out for people finding her out. Relying on a debate is not near enough. A ton of these people don't care if she talks or not. They are voting Dem no matter what they do to our country. The very few that might care that doesn't keep up with things daily like some of us it could make some difference if they could get her exposed enough.
And second, Miller needs to demand Trump only focus on the economy and border when he speaks so that message is drilled in voters heads before the early vote begins. He should not waste time degrading but just compare what he is going to with what they are going to do. A lot of people will by now not vote for Trump just because he degrades people. They have no idea about any policy and probably don't even care. So Trump needs to just stay focused strictly on policy and try and educate at least a few people that he could flip. Most people that know anything about the policy differences already know who they are going to vote for. Trump's policies are ALL to help this country and its citizens. Harris policies are far left for all the stupid stuff in the country and things that will help them stay in power, which is siding with the freaks, the racists, the uninformed, the non caring, the anti Americans and the illegals.

Banking. Didn’t get a free hand out like you might sssume. Started out as a teller right out of college. No family in banking so started at the lowest and worked my way up with hard work and didn’t make excuses when I saw more wealthy people than me. It motived me like it should all people.
Agree... but I don't know if Trump is disciplined enough to stay on point. He is simply not a professional politician and tends to meander from thought to thought without a directed purpose in delivering his message. This particular flaw could end up causing him to fumble away the election. This should be a easy layup to nail Harris on her positions. But frequently it seems as though Trump is trying to turn the election into a shot from midcourt for himself instead.
LA County alone has a larger population than 43 states. On par with Georgia.
I'm glad they didn't survey white Canadians...
I know a few here hate the Vance choice, but he has been good. Solid whether he is giving a speech or in interviews. (Vance is the anti-Democrat cause he is actually better in interviews than with a script). He will kill Walz in a debate. Walz claims he has been in war zones, he will leave the Vance debate believing he has been.

He was anti-Marxist. I can forgive the early socialists, idealists who genuinely wanted better for the common man, someone like Orwell whose worldview was shaped by the great depression, the spanish civil war and the horrors or WW2.
But no one with any sense tdoay is a socialist. The data are overwhelming and the historical record is completely damning. It's a corrupt, failed and discredited ideology which can only lead to ruin.

He correctly hated Stalin for what he did. Animal Farm is a direct allegory of Stalin's co-opting of the movement in the USSR. He was an advocate for socialism his entire life.
