There seriously needs to be a fund to start suing these ppl into the ground...whether you can win or not. They railroad ppl everyday without means and dumbasses believe their propaganda
Im watching lawyers discuss the trial live. They made the point that they tried to get it thrown out pretrial but the prosecution said they would lay out their evidence during the trial... and the judge let it stay in saying that it met the very low bar. They never brought it up during the trial and when the judge took it up after close they argued it again and they laid out the law and pointed out that Kyle was not in violation of any of the law. When the judge asked the prosecution if they disagreed with any of those facts they said "we do not".Read my posts from yesterday or the last five+ years and you'll know that answer.
Still doesn't change the fact it was a charge. Prosecutors don't have to argue anything until trial. It isn't like a civil case where you have to lay out a case in discovery to beat summary judgment. In criminal cases defendants get discovery but no depositions. So the first time any prosecutor substantively does anything is at trial unless a defendant attacks the case via motion. Then the discussion is limited to those items. Looks pretty certain the defense never raised it or it would be gone.
Not sure what outlets you all are following that's giving out some of this information but it's no more accurate than the other side. Sounds like they're just looking for clicks too
So GD stupid. But it goes to show you how disingenuous these people are. They’re so “outraged” and concerned yet don’t even know this guy is alive. This is the damage the media, Democrats, all the way up to the president have done. Lies
We shall see. The state making charges is one thing. People on national TV and Twitter making claims and calling him a murderer is not the same.Everybody has opinions, so just a grain of salt. A defamation lawyer I listened to said any comments made about what the state had brought against him were fair game.
If the state said he was a murderer, you could say he was a murderer. So, any claim made by the prosecutor would be fair game for you to regurgitate publicly.
That's what's different than Nick Sandmann. No charges were ever brought against the boy. Every malicious statement could be gone after. Everyone Sandmann's team went after settled, right?
Now, calling an unknown 17 year old a white supremacist for ratings, clicks, or votes...

They just wanted the narrative that he had an illegal gun for the murder charges. They knew he wasn't in possession of sbr. The point they made is that by not arguing any of the merits of that charge they admitted they knew it was junk.
It is only legal for over the age of 18. He killed 2 people while breaking the law. You "law and order" numbnuts should be happy about the long sentence he is about to enjoy.
ill tell you what will happenThat's because you're idiots. He's a piece of shit, cop LARPing, racist, woman-beater. Definitely a bad guy. And next time he or his ilk try this crap we'll see what happens. Escalation.
I need to admit something that might get me arrested by the liberals here.
On Wednesday, I was in Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri. Probably looking at ten to life.
There is a place in Kentucky where you can be in Kentucky, Illinois and Missouri all within 5 minutes. I think we lock all those people up. There should be a place where Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee are the same way or even closer.
Another pretend republican. 😡
Amen.
😂 God I hate the GOP. This is how you end up with Obama/McCain Obama/Romney situation- effed either way. But here we go, just the tone deaf shit.
This reminds me of what Mike Pence once said “I’m a Christian, a conservative, and a Republican, in that order”.
Amen.

I hope you have to face a judge who believes in consecutive sentencing.I need to admit something that might get me arrested by the liberals here.

The media is an enemy of the people of America and peddle the FBI and DOJ's lies and misinformation. They also hide facts and that is as dangerous as telling liesI didn't know that Kyle put out a dumpster fire that was being rolled down to a gas station to blow up, with people all around.
I didn't know that the Police were told to stand down as businesses were destroyed.
I didn't know that Kyle's Dad, Grandma and Friends all lived in Kenosha, 20 minutes from where he resided with his Mom part time in Illinois.
I didn't know that Joseph Rosenbaum knocked him down twice and then attempted to kick him with lethal force to the head.
I didn't know that Huber had hit him in the head 2x with a skateboard.
I didn't know Gaige Grosskreutz, a felon in possession of firearm, aimed his gun at Kyle first, as he admitted on the stand.
I also didn't know that in the State of Wisconsin, it is legal for Kyle to have a gun, even at 17 (which was why the gun charge was dismissed).
I didn't know that Kyle did not cross state lines with a gun he wasn't supposed to have. The rightful gun owner did, as he was legally permitted to do.
I also didn't realize that Rosenbaum was a 5 time convicted child rapist and that Huber was a 2 time convicted woman beater.
I didn't know that Grosskreutz was a convicted Burglar with an assault on his record also.
IF THE MEDIA DID THEIR JOB... we would ALL have known this!
Stop believing the media lies"
Yeah, I think he is buried too far up in there now to save. Parkin's son that is.Good thing they didn't assess for Parkinson's

I was in that location Sunday, with a weapon on my way to Missouri. There is a place in Kentucky where you can be in Kentucky, Illinois and Missouri all within 5 minutes. That's because he saw that they failed in their attempt to kill Kyle so he decided to use a more direct approach and try shoot the kid. I mean, Kyle was running from him trying to avoid more attacks. The two people he shot were already in trouble for attacking women and children. Kyle being a child himself had no other recourse or would you have preferred he just let them kill him. Skate boards are deadly weapons too, just ask the man who was killed at a Starbucks in California recently. Well, go after Kyle first like you eluded to in an earlier post and then ask the man from Starbucks personally after Kyle finishes with you.He pulled that gun after two people had already been shot dead by Kyle.
False. You surely can if you are attacked because of it.Not with deadly force.
