If Giuliani et al have sworn statements why are Democrats so adamant they shouldn’t be heard? These are American citizens. If they perjure themselves in court it’s on them. Another question. Do you think Dominion will sue the Trump campaign? If not why? Their business has been destroyed.

Liberal losers could care less if the entire country falls into a black hole as long as they can get rid of Orange Man Bad. They are sick little freaks that are too dumb to vote based on policy.

And did you look at the individual lawsuits to see if the Trump campaign was the second or third named plaintiff, or whether it intervened in a lawsuit filed by someone else?

The wiki page doesn’t have that info. Just the original filing as far as I could tell.

none of those cases were filed by the Trump team they were all independent lawsuits filed by outside people, many were filed prior to the election. They mean diddly squat.
Those are all cases specifically filed since 11/3.

Donald J. Trump for President v. Boockvar
Donald J. Trump for President v. Boockvar is a lawsuit filed on November 9 by the Trump campaign against Democratic counties in Pennsylvania.

Donald J. Trump for President v. Bucks Cty. Bd. of Elections

Hamm v. Boockvar
Hamm v. Boockvar is a lawsuit filed in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania on November 3. This is the one Rudy was in court making a fool of himself yesterday.

Canvass of Absentee and Mail-In Ballots of Nov. 3, 2020, Gen. Election
In re: Canvass of Absentee and Mail-In Ballots of Nov. 3, 2020, General Election is a lawsuit filed in the state's trial court on November 10, in which the Trump campaign sought to disqualify over 8,000 absentee ballots counted by state officials.

In re: Canvassing Observation
In re: Canvassing Observation is a lawsuit filed on November 3, in which the Trump campaign sought closer access for poll observers to watch vote counting. The trial court ruled against the campaign, that a 15 feet distance was adequate. On appeal, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania sided with the campaign and ordered that poll observers be allowed to watch from a distance of 6 feet. On November 9, the state filed an appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.[43][131][134][135][136]The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled 5–2 on November 17 against the Trump campaign

Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar
Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar (No. 20-542) is a pending United States Supreme Courtcase on whether ballots received in the state after 8 p.m. on Election Day should count.

The point is that two Posters stated that the Trump campaign had either 30 cases dismissed, and then 26 dismissed.

No one stated that the Trump campaign hadn’t filed any lawsuits.
Bill, it’s all in how you want to count. If you file a case...lose, appeal, lose, appeal again, lose is that 0-1 or 0-3?

Does it really matter if they are 0-20
Or 0-30? They had actually won one case and then that got overturned on appeal. So did they go 1-1 or 0-1?
Point being is that they are filing suits and losing time after time because they make claims without evidence. If you bothered to read the affidavits by the poll watchers and witnesses and then hear their cross-examinations you’d realize how flimsy is their case.
It is clear that their end game is to cause chaos and try to get states to appoint new electors that will not follow the state’s votes. You better think long and hard before you think that is an acceptable strategy.

You place far too much importance on cases in courts other than SCOTUS. That is where this will be settled, and everyone knows it including you. Your arguments are specious and disingenuous.
I haven't made any arguments about the merits of Trump's lawsuits at all. I've just pointed out that none of the trial courts have found even a scintilla of evidence of fraud. And the standard at the stage is incredibly deferential. Not sure why you think cases so easily dismissed are going to find their way to the Supreme Court, especially with the legal team that Trump has left, none of which are the heavy hitters who normally argue this kind of stuff before the Supreme Court.

They’re losing because the judges are all Democrats. That will change when hey get in front of SCOTUS.

What heavy hitters?

I dont mean to talk down to lib posters here.. because some seem like decent dudes.. but there's like 3-4 here who have outright shown to have made AWFUL life choices. Listening to the paths they took, no wonder they hate anyone that's successful, content and prosperous.

Customer Support is a common liberal-leaning department.. young workers with useless degrees, making $40k a year, basically doing bitch work.. worked with several of these departments and they are insufferable. All political geniuses (like some here), who are angry with the company making millions and upset that their poor life choices means they're stuck making dirt. Hence, socialism.

I don't consider myself liberal, I just think Trump is a terrible person and constantly acts like a child that was never told 'no' growing up. That said, I had to do customer support for a couple of days for a special occasion this year. It was terrible. Anyone that can do that for a living and actually can make it a fulfilling job has all my respect.

That is not for me though. Thankfully my path led me to being a software developer.

Bleh, software devs.. just a smarter but more socially awkward version of customer support. I mean, IT isn't anything to write home about.. but you Devs are weirdos.

(Also, I fully wish I had the creative juices that Software Devs have, so I'm also jealous).

I'm pretty sure most of Customer Support doesn't have an option. It's a growing field, that is basically a paint-by-numbers position, and therefore, pays dick. It's your French, Anthropology, and History majors.. that knowingly took bad degrees for one reason or another, and now realize they need to make ends meet. Enter, Customer Support jobs.

Hey, any way to make a buck, right? I just don't want to hear them whining about big business, republicans, the rich, etc. Some of them are out and our socialists. They don't just HATE Trump, they wear Che Guevara shirts. These people made their bed.

the lower courts matter a lot you fool. You don't get to bring witnesses and present evidence to SCOTUS. You bring rulings and brief's from lower court cases and scotus hears oral arguments. If you get every case dismissed then you never get to bring forth any witness testimony or introduce evidence to carry forward. Once states certify results there is nothing SCOTUS can do. The constitution clearly gives them no way to rule on it. The states have complete control of what they send to congress before safe harbor. The morons on the Trump team need at least one strong case to advance forward so they have something to bring to DC. otherwise scotus is going to refuse to hear the case like they already in the Pa absentee ballot case on monday. and they have very little time left, many states are moving forward to certify.

We shall see........I am prepared either way this goes.

I wonder what the denizens of this thread would have thought about the "totalitarian" actions our country took during World War II? Mandatory conscription, rationing, and so forth? In short, unusual and difficult times require unusual solutions. We can debate the need for "lock down" restrictions and so forth, but suggesting that taking any such action flies in the face of the founding principles of the country is ludicrous.

Wow. I am rarely shocked on here, but here I am.

So you’ve read the affidavits and listened to cross examination...BS

The states should’ve thought long and hard about intentionally making a mess of their elections. The people that bring that to light aren’t the bad guys.

Do you want free and fair elections or not? This crap we just had is not secure, you know it too.
There’s been bipartisan commissions in the recent past state that mail in voting is the least secure form of voting. That’s before just bypassing safety measures, such as signature match or sending ballots to every registered voter in the state.
If we have elections like this last one in the future, we’re done.

Dude, if one uses the link you provided and then looks at the cases actually filed by the Trump legal team regarding the results of the election they'll learn what those two posters claimed is a gross misrepresentation.
That's absolutely not true. That's not the way some of these lawsuits work. The Trump Campaign is involved in many of the cases where not specifically identified as the lead plaintiff. In re: Canvassing Operation is one of them. Here is a link to one of the filings by "Donald J. Trump for President, Inc." https://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/trump-camp-pa.pdf

Trump's own administration disagrees with you about the security of our elections. https://www.cisa.gov/news/2020/11/1...ture-government-coordinating-council-election

Good thing that the Trump administration is continuing executions. Treason is a capital offense. A lot more will likely be coming.
