Women like Warren and Hillary are puzzling. They brag about more women than men voting, then when they lose they blame it on sexism. They must think every woman who is a woman should vote for them because they are a woman. Not smart Liz.
Rachel Campos pointed out today that is women from a certain generation, which would be Hillary's and Elizabeth Warren's generation. The liberal women around 70 now think that all women should vote for a woman. Other generations don't see it that way.

I’m hardly a lawyer, but in reading the decision it appears that it’s because identity theft is a federal crime and there is some overlap on who should prosecute. The 4 dissenters weren’t saying “yeah, that should be legal.”

Most important here is the Court’s shift away from precedent with a broad view of federal preemption in a Kennedy opinion with Scalia and Thomas dissents, to a now more limited view of federal preemption written by Alito, with the guys Trump appointed concurring, who will be serving for a very long time unless Schumer murdered them like he threatened.
If Biden wins, I wouldn’t put it past the lefties to murder Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.

Tonight we take a look at a recent supreme court ruling that allows states to sue illegal aliens who steal your identity.
Why in the hell could states not prosecute identity theft crimes?
The ruling also gives sanctuary cities more power...I guess now your conflicted since immigration is federal law too...if the complaint is its giving power to the states

I’m all for states rights. If a state decides to do something idiotic, I simply wouldn’t live there. Kavanaugh and Gorsuch are both pretty harmless to the left IMO. Thomas is the real nutcase on that court.

So.... my neighbor told me she was voting for Hillary because she was a woman and another "acquaintance" told me she was voting for Obama because he was black. Did not the latter constitute racism and the former sexism?
If I had said I'm voting for Trump because he's a white man, I'd have been accused of both. Please tell me what I'm missing.

That's not for the courts. Would be judicial activism that would give Lefties the basis for saying anything goes. Let Congress decide. Besides, there are worse things - like letting em in the country to begin with.
