Who did Trump “ reportedly” say that to, and when? Was he being serious or cracking a joke? Seems like key context to this
“ reported” comment is missing.
So now we are getting to the point where we can justify his idiotic statements by inquiring if he was kidding? According to reports, he asked more than once. Was he kidding both times?

It's amazing the lengths some of you will go to in order to defend a dumb@ss. Every boneheaded thing he does is now countered by fake news (Warrior cat's speciality) or now "oh, he was just joking." If this was an isolated comment, it would be one thing, but it's every week with him. Was he kidding when he said windmills cause cancer? Was that another one of his jokes. You guys need to wake up and realize that the POTUS is not a very smart man

Ok. So today I am going to...

...eat breakfast at Chick-fil-A (Chick-n-minis rule!); stop by CVS and pick up some cold medicine (even though I’m not sick); eat lunch at Olive Garden (not a huge fan of this joint but they do give you the free chocolate mints); do an after lunch triathlon-esque workout at Equinox, SoulCycle & Blink Fitness (even though I am already in top top shape); stop and buy some random lumber from Home Depot on the way home; set the DVR to record Dancing With the Stars (to watch internet sensation Sean Spicier); eat dinner at Olive Garden (more free chocolate mints); and then take my kids to see the movie Mulan.

Did I leave anything out? Seems like there should be at least one or two more...

He doesn't go after ted, he goes after his wife. He's a sad little man. Actually he's a sad fat man.

Lol he insinuated that Ted cruz's father shot JFK, and that Ted couldn't be president because he wasn't a natural born citizen... Didn't go after Ted, lol.

“According to reports...”

You loons fly into a frothing at the mouth rage every time an anonymous person says some other anonymous person in the White House said Trump said something.

Trump is on video, in an obvious sarcastic manner, saying he is the chosen one, and you loons still blow it up as if he was being serious.

So forgive us for not flying off the handle over he said he said he said bullshit that is continuously proven inaccurate.

lol that’s rich coming from you.

I point out a racist democrat governor that goes by the nickname Coonman and posed in a blackface/kkk picture is still a leader in the Democrat party, and you call me a racist for pointing it out.

And that’s just in the last 12 hours. Dumbass about most things doesn’t even come close to scratching the surface of describing you.
You made a racist post you mean

What did his wife have to do with that? There are many reasons to ridicule Melania but he didn't

While this ^^^^^ may be true to various extents...these things are also true...

1) Trump is much better for America/Americans than Hillary ever would have been and much better than any of the current 18 dem candidates would ever be. That isn’t even debatable.

2) The “lengths some of us go to” to defend Trump pales in comparison to the “plethora of straws that you have grasped at” on the TDS trail over the past 3 years. And it ain’t even close. Just sit back and think about some of the things you have “bought into” regarding Trump that has been force fed down your throat by the MSM.

Hell, I called Barry and Michael a gay Kenyan couple in a post the other day. Some of you guys can't laugh at your leader's expense. It's like I've said before, the deification of Trump is just weird. I feel like a large portion of his base would stab their mothers in the back to defend him.

Thank you, it comes with a side of humble pie for you guys to eat because it usually turns out in my favor.

Oh, and also false on a few points. Dumbass, bonehead, and not very smart. He is where he is because he outsmarted your supposed intelligent leftwing politicians and media.

Hmmmm, Oh yeah! Stop by your local gun store or Walmart and get some Ammo or a gun or three.

Well, since she is already dead, I can's see the harm.

I'm old enough to remember when politicians were made fun of by all comedians regardless of their political party. They all make gaffes and say stupid things at times that makes for good comedy to call out. It seems to me this all stopped with Obama. Couldn't pick on him because he was black. The media and Hollywood treated him with kid gloves and you were called a racist if you did anything different. I think that's part of the reason people defend Trump so much. Also, the fact that Trump voters were labeled "deplorable" and called all sorts of other names put them on the defensive. So when people defend Trump, they are more so just defending themselves. People are treating their politics like they do sports. We are all die hard UK fans and we will love our team no matter what. That's fine because it's sports. It's entertainment. It's not ok to be that way in politics. Having blind faith in politicians is a terrible way to go. We should be suspicious of them regardless of political party. Unfortunately it's not like that anymore. It's all "go team blue, or go team red!" That's not healthy for the country and it keeps us divided. It probably won't ever change either.

Exactly and why Joe "goes to great lengths" NOT to discuss his side's candidates.

There has been 4-5 former SNL guys at least speak out about this. There is even been a coordinated attempt to go after Babylon Bee FFS.

We are 5594 pages in and I have YET to see one liberal criticize Obama.

If you want some credibility libs, you might want to start there.
Bullshit, repug! I can recall these criticisms:
-He cared TOO much
-He allowed the Reps to get their way too much
-He tried too hard and used imprecise language while trying to save lives with his healthcare plan
-He allowed the military industrial complex to force him to increase drones bombing by 1000%

He was wrong on all counts....but, who's counting....

I love comedy and am of the opinion that nothing should be off limits when it's part of an act. My favorite comedians are those who are the most offensive and who aren't scared to take risks. Fire up Anthony Jeselnik's Netflix specials and thank me later.

He crammed the ACA through without a solid plan to implement it, and on top of that, he was dishonest about the flexibility of said ACA. He also sucked at filling out brackets.
There is a massive blackout in our media around asking needed questions on the ability of our fed govt (over and above their legal rights) to implement major policy changes. 4 years and $600m for a basic portal for ACA and still was a trainwreck.

You would prefer presidents think they know everything about everything and not seek expert counsel on complicated matters? That’s pretty stupid, in my opinion.

It's a stupid question that you would expect the POTUS to know the answer to. Shouldn't even have to ask it. It shows how dumb and incompetent he truly is.

Stop defending everything. If anyone asked that question on here, it would garner the same response. But we're not talking about a random message board poster.

You’re a Canuck. So your criticism doesn’t count...just like your vote...and your opinions on anything US politics. None of it counts.

Some of your posts are amusing though. So you’ve got that going for you...which is nice.

[roll] I was trolling ed and his Trudeau crush but you seem triggered. Did it strike a nerve? Besides like I give a crap Trump is fat.

Anyway don't mind me. Just having a laugh at Trudeau 's inner fag desperately clawing to the surface.
It's not like Trump was our first fat president.

If I recall Bill Clinton also had an affinity for McDonalds. even then, there's been many fat presidents before him. We even had a president in a wheelchair.

It is such a frequently asked question that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration debunks the idea on its frequently asked questions page.

Hey, at least I can joke about my own side. You guys can’t even admit that Trump is an out of shape slob when it’s right there in front of you.
What does Trump being an out of shape slob have to do with anything? Just another thing to rail him on? He likes fast food, who GAF? So did Bill Clinton. We've had Presidents who were bigger lardasses.

Absolutely nothing. Yes, it's just another thing to rail him on. I can't complain much about his policy and job performance, at least let me bust him for being a fatass :)

We don't really have any sort of responsible independent media, in a traditional sense. We have a tabloid media. Makes me think of the infamous profile of Ben Rhodes - specifically this part. It is perhaps the most searing indictment of national media in history, but it flew under the radar for the most part:

"Rhodes singled out a key example to me one day, laced with the brutal contempt that is a hallmark of his private utterances. “All these newspapers used to have foreign bureaus,” he said. “Now they don’t. They call us to explain to them what’s happening in Moscow and Cairo. Most of the outlets are reporting on world events from Washington. The average reporter we talk to is 27 years old, and their only reporting experience consists of being around political campaigns. That’s a sea change. They literally know nothing.”

In this environment, Rhodes has become adept at ventriloquizing many people at once. Ned Price, Rhodes’s assistant, gave me a primer on how it’s done. The easiest way for the White House to shape the news, he explained, is from the briefing podiums, each of which has its own dedicated press corps. “But then there are sort of these force multipliers,” he said, adding, “We have our compadres, I will reach out to a couple people, and you know I wouldn’t want to name them — ”

“I can name them,” I said, ticking off a few names of prominent Washington reporters and columnists who often tweet in sync with White House messaging."

Thank god we have people willing to ask questions leading the free world, and not science denying lunatics like you lefties.

If it were up to the lefties, the world would still be flat, we’d be bleeding fevers out of people, we’d all be riding horseback, etc.

Thank god Donald Trump is willing to ask what’s possible, rather than relying on the science denying left who likes to agree things aren’t possible because it’s popular.
