No, the original number was simply the amount that had been flagged as POSSIBLE illegal voters.
There were still several thousand that were actual illegal voters. In fact a Democrat mayor on the border has been indicted in Texas due to these findings.
It's going to be fun watching liberals and all the Muslims they imported in recent history start going head to head.

See what goes on in these countries, read some history, watch some real news about what's going on in other western societies where large populations of Muslims have grown as a result of unchecked migration.
