Sitting around chatting this weekend. Many agree that the Trump vs clinton election didn't give us strong choices...though IMO clinton was hands-down the worst of the two.
Someone mentioned how ironic it was when dems whine about the election then support murdering babies...One or several of the babies that have been killed just could have given us a better potus option. They may have "aborted" themselves into losing an election. Interesting notion.

I can agree that I felt the same way during the election cycle (2 bad choices). But, if I were having a conversation with those folks and they said they still feel that way about Trump......I'd give them the business.
I'll admit, that during the run-up to the 2016 election, I felt similar in that I would say we're F'd either way and that I had to choose the lesser of two evils. I filled in the box for Trump in the end, and glad I did so now. Are there times that I wish he'd shut his mouth and do his job? of course, I think most of his supporters feel that way. but that's just not who he is, so it's the bad we have to take with all the good he's been able to do despite the tons of BS he has to deal with on a daily basis.
I had zero reservations about voting for Trump especially against Hillary Clinton and the Dems.
1. Keeping Democrats from stacking the SCOTUS with activists was a must. Given the left’s animosity toward the 2A especially. Not a fan of Bush conservatives but still a tad better than Democrats.
2. One candidate wanted open borders and amnesty. The other wanted to actually address the issue.
3. One was owned by everybody, the other wasn’t a career politician indebted to foreign donors, Koch Brothers, or Soros.
I could give a thousand reasons but those three were at the top of my list.

Hillary and her band of criminals actually destroyed subpoenaed evidence. Emails deleted. Hard drives wiped clean with bleach bit (wiped - like with a cloth?). Cell phones destroyed with hammers. SIM cards destroyed/missing. Seth Rich murdered. Again - all this was under subpoena when it happened (minus Seth Rich - that's one they tried to do before subpoena).

Society naturally progresses via people over time. About 40-50 million babies aborted since Roe v Wade. That's a lot of opportunity lost, and the slowing of progress is further compounded by the fact that many of those babies probably would have grown up to vote democratic at least, if not fanatic liberal.
