Like I said, if Comey was of any value to Mueller's investigation as a witness, then he would not be allowed to go on this publicity tour, contradicting himself left and right.
Same thing for Comey's memos. If they were of any value to Mueller's investigation as evidence, the DOJ would not be releasing them for public viewing. The letter sent from the DOJ to Congress even says as much.

We know that Comey leaking his memos is what triggered the special counsel. Now we also know that Comey leaking his memos was, in fact, a crime.
So, for those following along and paying attention, the special counsel "investigation" in search of a made up crime, was literally started from a crime being committed.

Remember, the DOJ previously allowed one Republican and one Democrat from the House Intelligence Committee to view these memos in a classified settings almost a year ago.That means, for almost a year, Adam Schiff and every Democrat on the Hill has been privy to what was included in these memos, yet they still held hearing after hearing, gave TV interview after TV interview, accusing Trump of obstruction of justice.
Comey's memo March 2017 (paraphrasing) -- POTUS is not trying to shut down FBI investigation of collusion. POTUS said that he had done nothing wrong, but if a 'satellite' within his campaign has done something wrong, he wanted to know, and wanted me to get to the bottom of it.
Comey admits Trump didn't try to shut down the investigation, but instead actually encouraged Comey to investigate Russia collusion. Like we've all been saying, the Democrats have been lying to their ignorant base all along, only keeping the narrative going, knowing that it's false, for political reasons.
