This confirms, to my satisfaction, that we are INDEED getting rid of the dead wood in DC, because that guy was a useless fvck even back then, when I worked with him.
He actually got pulled for 6 months one time. He fired off a klieg light (highest priority report) to Ft. Meade because he thought he heard a "fire" order given. We pulled the tape, and it was a ***ing weather report.
That caused us about 3 weeks of misery like you wouldn't believe, and he got to mow grass etc. and then had re-qualify.
