As of now and as of March 2028 are two different things by a long way. Were there a place to bet on it, and if I was a bettor, and if I thought I had a good chance of living till then, I'd bet against it. The favorite ticket, perhaps.

True. But you'd be taking more risk to do so, you'd lose spousal/child/disability protections, and those with less income than you would lose income benefits due to lower pay-ins. It's called "Social" for a reason. That said, SS could invest better than it does. Personal accounts are better, but not all of your pay-in amounts would go to your account for the added issues above.

There were 2.4M Fed workers before this purge started. What makes 2.4M the right number? Why aren't more or less needed? Trump was elected & says fewer are needed. His decision. So of course good hard workers are going to be let go ( & hopefully many not so good.). Happens in every business when downsizing is judged necessary. This business happens to be government.

As i posted a few days ago, given the resurgence of the coordinated attacks across many platforms (lawfare, doxing doge workers, coordinated social media narratives, etc) - seems they now successfully reformed. I hoped the blitzkrieg nature of doge would stay ahead but seems they got sidetracked and it will be costly.
I am against all immigration, at least for a while. We can’t absorb 1 million people every year. It’s too much. We need to take a break and slow it down. Maybe Trump’s gold Visa card will help, I don’t know.
At absolutely no point has anyone of the America First mindset espoused the notion that all immigration should be stopped.
Frankly, that is an incredibly lazy and poorly constructed thought to post. You can do better.
