If anyone wants to know why the agency was cut off until they figure things out, this is it. IF they were doing everything right, and it was all about what they say it is, they had no reason nor right to refuse access.

I love how they had the photo/video op for everyone staged on the buildings steps. Def a coordinated gestapo effort by the ds. When people see all of the things they were funding, and how loose and free they were with the people's money, even some of the lunatic liberals will be silenced.

Yes I missed the sarcasm, but should have picked up on that. A million dollars in a money market account last year, would have generated 50k dollars in passive income. Tens of millions of dollars can create financial stability for generations to come. Why does people need billions of dollars of assets? I rags to riches stories where folks create something and are able to live extremely well as a result, but why does the 11 richest people in the US deserve 1 trillion dollars? That's my major gripe with our form of capitalism. Change the rules and tax these billionaires whenever they take loans out on unrecognized stock gains and provide some safety nets for the bottom 50%.

Those billionaires wouldn't come close to the wealth acquired without big breaks from the US government. Yes, the Waltons and Bezos creates thousands of jobs, but how many of those employees need to work multiple jobs to make ends meet. In just 10 years, Bezos wealth has ballooned from 20 billion to 250 billion. That is just obscene considering how many employees need government assistance on top of their wages.

And how many jobs exactly would have been created if they didn't take the risk to start their companies? The Federal Govt does NOTHING but "pay for" tax breaks with OUR money.

Govt service was never meant to be a get rich quick and an endless, multiple pension scheme. It was SERVICE and an HONOR. No one was supposed to get a lifetime pension over 4x (or 10x) higher than the poverty level for holding an office for a few years.

In the beginning only foreign workers and govt employees paid taxes, because it was a free ride at the taxpayer expense. They turned that on its head as they've perverted a whole lot else. If it can be stopped, that is excellent.
