A suggestion about Chandler

With Butler on constant injury watch and Jaxson not ready to go AND Carr playing on guts and want to ( and you guys calling him a pussy are true internet warriors) we might all need to get used to the idea of cheering on Chandler...because there just ain't a whole Lotta rabbits Pope has left to pull outta the hat.

He may not be what we were all hoping for, but he is healthy enough to get on the court. And he will try his hardest to play defense

We’ve got to quit eating our own. They’re gutting it out for their team and this school. Chandler is a freshman who has been away from the game for a while. You can see the tools are there but it’s going to take a while to get his confidence and feel back. Our spot in the tourney is solid and we’re injured. Great time to get these guys some run but we have to be patient with them.

You and I must be reading different game threads. "Whats Chandler doing in there," " why is Chandler getting minutes" "sit him down now and put someone else in"

I’m not a big “game thread” guy. I like to watch first and then post afterward more than during the game.

Nonetheless, I don’t think posts like that are really cheering against Chandler. I think we all want him to do well when he comes in. But it’s fair to voice an honest opinion if one fears he won’t based on past performance.

Chandler plays tough on defense and he is a lot better shooter than we have seen i hope he sticks it out and returns next year
